Order placing Placing an order through our shopping cart is as secure as ordering by phone; however, if you would like to speak with a customer service representative in our boutique you may call us at 800-660-9732 Monday-Saturday from 10am-5pm. If your call is after hours, you may leave us a message and someone will get right back to you. Monogramming For an extra special touch monograms and personalization are available on some of our products. Because these customized items were made especially at your request they are non returnable unless defective. Gift wrapping Gift wrapping is available for some of our smaller items. Please specify boy, girl, gender neutral or adult in the special requests section in our shopping cart. Delivery Items that ship direct from our boutique are shipped within 2 business days. All custom orders are shipped direct from our artisans. Quality craftsmanship takes time, so please be patient as delivery times for these items will vary. Sweet Pea & Me will contact you immediately with an estimated shipping timeframe. Sweet Pea & Me cannot be held responsible if these timeframes adjust based upon circumstances out of our control. If they will be longer than estimated, a Sweet Pea & Me associate will contact you immediately upon receipt of this information. Shipping charges Shipping charges Shipping for smaller items is handled through USPS and our rates within the Continental United States are as follows. Up to $100.00= $8.00 Over $100.00 = FREE Except for: Strollers and Furniture…see note below: Please note that any order consisting of large pieces of furniture may be subject to additional shipping fees. A Sweet Pea & Me associate will contact you immediately if this extra fee is applicable. Returns/cancellations: Purchases may be returned with an original receipt for an exchange or store credit. Please call our boutique for a return authorization number. Merchandise must be in its original condition with tags intact and returned within 14 days of purchase. All sale items, swimwear, skincare and undergarments are non-returnable. All furniture and d?cor with a specific paint finish or fabric are considered final; however, orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase (for a 3% fee). Please call our boutique immediately if you have change of mind. No refunds are given for scheduled classes. Custom Gift Baskets Sweet Pea & Me offers custom gift baskets. If you would like your gifts to be assembled into a custom gift basket, please advise us in the special requests section of the shopping cart. There will be an additional fee of $10.00 for this service.
